While we are familiar with most of the commonly-used assessment methodologies and tools including SDI and DISC, we believe the most holistic and reliable way of assessing an individual's level of self-awareness and EQ, is by using the EQi 2.0 toolkit; of which we have taken the time to become qualified practitioners.
All our leadership development programmes are developed around our Brilliant Basics and begin with the foundations of character, values and emotional intelligence. We call this the To-Be List
From that platform we work with clients to improve their skills and performance in three key leadership domains; communication, engagement and adaptation
From there, we devise and kick-start a plan of action to build capability in the six areas where most people feel they need to improve as leaders. We call this the To-Do List.
The end-to-end process creates more resilient individuals, led by more resilient leaders in more resilient organisational cultures.
Development Pods are capsules of learning that can be chosen from our Learning Library to suit you.
Though there is a large number of Pods topics from which to choose, every Pod follows 6 Steps and is structured around the central belief that who you are is more important than what you do and that using emotional intelligence to build character and strong values is the key to supercharging performance.
When these core values are communicated effectively, your team will feel energised, fully engaged and able to adapt to change. leading to optimum outcomes. As a result you will build a resilient high performance culture.

A remedial programme seeking to resolve existing issues will have a different outcome from a bespoke Executive Development Programme.
All our research shows that the words we speak are much less important than the way we say them and the body language we use. Equally, while it may not be fashionable to say so, there will also be differences between face-to-face and virtual delivery of your message.
