C ARE isn't just a workshop, a course or a webinar.
It's the nourishment that fuels a more resilient way of life. It's a belief system. A philosophy. A coping strategy that gets businesses and their teams talking their way to better mental, physical and emotional wellbeing - and higher performance.
It does this by using astonishing stories, personal experiences, authoritative research and proprietary assessment tools to create a framework of practical strategies, tactics and methods which individuals can take away with them to build the resilience they need to withstand the pressures of their environment, and ultimately to thrive in it.
C ARE'S considerable power and value is further intensified when we apply its principles to our lives and the way we relate to family, friends and colleagues.
We call this augmentation C ARE cubed, and show how to focus initially on our own wellbeing - and then on our relationships and environment. By using C ARE in this way, it's easy to see how it can promote general resilience as well as support people with chronic mental wellbeing challenges.
C ARE can be applied to any organisational context at home or at work (eg companies, charities, youth initiatives, education, social care, sport) and is effective as either a stand alone coping mechanism or when integrated with other daily routines and intervention

Pilots call it ANC and use it to keep us safe in the air.
When they Aviate, Navigate and then Communicate, they're protected from the startle effect.
Their view is widened, their picture of a situation is clearer, they find themselves with more time to act and they're reminded that they're not alone.
Two of our Founding Partners share over 40 years at the top of aviation, and so it's perhaps not surprising that our CARE methodology is heavily influenced by lessons learned in the flight deck.
Where pilots assess the current health and condition of their aeroplane, understand its location and trajectory and then communicate clearly with air and ground-based teams, Wordplay's consultants look and listen, act together and evaluate.
It means our three-phase Audit/Fix/Support process is stitched into the DNA of our CARE philosophy.
